We source our hazel from numerous woodlands throughout Cornwall, The Camel Trail, Cornish Wildlife Trust, many local farm and landowners. Tregothnan Estate. This estate is managed with conservation as it's principal goal and so Hazel and other woods are coppiced using traditional and therefore sustainable means. This not only preserves the integrity of the woodland as a source of materials, but more importantly its continued use as a wildlife habitat, supporting a huge variety of flora and fauna that live within it.

Cornwall is rapidly becoming a haven for many rare species in the UK, and is home to many birds and butterflies, some of which had been feared to be extinct until discovered thriving in the small patches of traditional Cornish woodland.

 

Every effort will be made to send ducks that resemble as closely as possible, the picture of the chosen duck, but due to the individual nature of the material, exact copies cannot be guaranteed.
